To complete your booking you must confirm that you accept the following terms, so it would be wise to read and understand them. In case you do not understand a term, we recommend that you contact us before proceeding with your booking, so that we can provide you with the necessary clarifications you need. In addition, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms and conditions in your own name or on behalf of your fellow travelers. Upon completion of your reservation you have the obligation to choose the method of payment and arrange it if necessary. You also confirm that the credit or debit card you are using is yours and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the service. We reserve the right if the payment can not be made to cancel the reservation. Once your booking is complete, you are obliged to inform Hotel Medusa and your fellow travelers of any modification or cancellation of your booking. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions then unfortunately you can not make a reservation through our website.

Languages:

Hotelmedusa.gr is available in Greek, English, Bulgarian and Russian. We pay great attention to the quality of the translations of the websites as well as the terms and conditions, however in case of any discrepancy the Greek version is the one that prevails.

Booking and service procedure:

During the booking process it is very important to check that the information you provide is correct. In case any information is incorrect, you should contact us immediately.

Immediately upon successful payment, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of the payment via email. Proof of payment is not a confirmation of your booking, but is used to confirm that your request is being processed. Once your request has been accepted, you will receive an email with your reservation confirming your reservation or a representative of Hotel Medusa will call you.

Hotel Medusa reserves the right to refuse any booking request. In this case you will be informed, while the entire amount will be refunded (in euros) or you may be offered an alternative service.

Costs and payment methods:

The prices for the transfer service, as well as the payment procedures are displayed on our website. The current price of each service is the price displayed on our website at the date and time of your booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you waive your right to have the fare stated on the taximeter during the execution of your transfer. 

In the event that a mistake is made and the cost of the service is higher than what is stated in your reservation, you will be informed so that either your reservation is canceled (with your refund), or it is adjusted and made at the right price .

In terms of payment method you have three options. You can pay by credit or debit card, via Paypal or cash at the time of booking or on arrival. The cards we accept are defined in the booking form of our website. Our card issuers may charge some shipping costs that you incur when making your payment. All prices quoted are per vehicle and not per person.

Modifications to your booking - General information:

If you wish to make any change in your reservation you must inform us at the following email address: info@hotelmedusa.gr or by phone at 0030 694 759 0921 & 0030 698 793 4371.

In case the change in the reservation causes an increase in the cost, you will be informed exactly about the additional cost, as well as about the method of payment of the additional amount. If the modification of your reservation results in a reduction of the total amount, the difference will be refunded to you.

Special requests:

If you have any special requests regarding the equipment of your room, as it is mentioned in the website, in the corresponding descriptions, please let us know when you book. We can not guarantee that they will be satisfied. Hotel Medusa does not bear any responsibility towards you in case of non-satisfaction of your requests. In the unlikely event that your requests are not met, you will be refunded the extra amount you paid for them.

Cancellations:

In case of cancellation the Ministry of Tourism established the following:

· Cancellation up to 21 days before the beginning of stay: all money given in advance is returned

· Cancellation between 20 and 7 days before the beginning of stay: the money given in advance will nor be returned

· In case of no-show: a payment equal to 50% of the cost of the overall stay is required (but often this rule is not applied)

· Early departure:a payment equal to 50% of the remaining cost of the period of stay is required

Passenger responsibilities:

The customer with the reservation states that

1. is of legal age and making full use of his mental abilities.
2. that the credit or debit cards he uses belong to him and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the service.
3. is responsible for verifying that the booking data is correct and for notifying Elite Transfer of any changes that may affect the service, either by email or on the contact numbers provided. We recommend that you always check your email before traveling to ensure that no significant changes have been made to your booking. All notifications from us will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking.
   

Children and people with disabilities:

During the reservation you must let us know if you are traveling with children or people with disabilities.

In any case, a child or infant is counted as a regular passenger.

People with disabilities such as people with disabilities and wheelchairs should mention this in their booking and ensure that the accommodation they choose is appropriate for their needs and accessible to them. They will also have to move alone or with the help of their fellow passengers.

We have an obligation to protect your privacy and security. All personal data we collect from you should be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may provide a copy of the Privacy Policy upon request or, alternatively, you can refer to our website. Please note that we have the ability to retain the data you provide on this website even if you do not complete your registration / transaction. Such contact information can only be used to contact you and ask why you did not complete your registration / transaction. Hotel Medusa offers its website and makes every effort for its proper operation and maintenance. However, we can not guarantee the absence of technical problems and errors, as well as that the site is free of viruses that can affect its operation. Errors that may occur, will be corrected as soon as possible once we realize their existence. In case of such errors we have the option to cancel a reservation and return the money to the customer.
